There are five different apartments: the apartment on the first floor and the second floor apartment are quite similar, the top floor penthouse has a special atmosphere with the beams of the roof structure exposed and with lots of daylight through the sky roofs. Each apartment has double doors opening onto a small balcony overlooking the city gardens belonging to the canal houses on the Keizersgracht and Herengracht.

The other 2 apartments are a few houses away and are typical of a merchants house. The 1 bedroom apartment is on the first floor and the 2 bedroom apartment in on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the merchants house. The 2 bedroom has a large roof terrace.
